Checks:
Before joining our team, new members undergo thorough safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced police check (DBS). Following this, all staff participate in regular supervisions, appraisals, and DBS reviews.

Training:
We ensure that all staff members are fully inducted and trained for their roles, with ongoing support for their professional growth and development.

We maintain various levels of care on shift at all times, and for your convenience, our senior team members can be identified by their bottle green uniforms.
Our admin and leadership team is fully committed to maintaining the exceptional standards of service and care we offer. The home care team is expertly managed by our Registered Care Manager, Corinna, and Deputy Manager, Paula.

Additionally, our Director, Sophie, and Proprietor, Tom, are both actively involved in the day-to-day operations and standards of Sussex Grange. This engagement ensures strong support and commitment to both our team, clients and families.
