What a weekend of wonderful #platinumjubilee2022 celebrations for Sussex Grange Home Care & Care Home đ Our wonderful community angels delivered Jubilee goody bags while some of our Home Care Clients were able to join in our celebrations in our beautiful garden at the Care Home on Saturday. We were blessed with sun, home made cakes, refreshments and wonderful entertainment by @chichestercityband . Our eldest resident was selected to plant our beautiful magnolia tree 'Elizabeth' as part of the @queensgreencanopy which will be officially registered to mark the special event. A big thanks and shout out to @selseycommunityforum for helping us to celebrate with our lovely photo frame, music, decorations and cakes - all very much appreciated.

What a day! We're absolutely bursting with pride to announce that we took part in the West Sussex Partners in Care Accolades held (virtually) today.
